Bench time = The amount of time spent working on a system @ our location.

Max Bench charge is $90.00 that is 2 hours charged for the work done at our location.

 If it takes us 2 hours or 10 hours. Still only 2 hours charged. The only thing above the 2 hour bench charge is if the system requires parts.

Examples:

So if your system has a virus that has caused too much damage to the operating system and needs to be reloaded we will backup your system and do a restore to like new. (you must supply disks. We have most operating system disks, But office and other added programs you will need to supply disks and license.) A max Bench charge applies $90.00 no parts.

If you have a bad hard drive we will do our best to retrieve your info and reload the system to like new. (you must supply disks. We have most operating system disks, But office and other added programs you will need to supply disks and license.)You will be required to supply us with a new hard drive or purchase a new hard drive from us. A max Bench charge applies $90.00. Plus the price of a hard drive.

If you need a motherboard , video card, memory and a DVD-RW. You supply the parts or purchase them through us, we will replace them all for $90.00 Plus parts.

****Excludes some laptop repair, If you have a bad screen and a bad hard drive or motherboard or you have a bad A/C Jack and virus's. 1 additional hour may be charged.
